I grew up learning the craft from my father, a skilled carpenter and real estate developer, which sparked my early passion for construction and remodeling. Today, as the leader of my team, I take pride in guiding collaborative efforts to bring each client’s vision to life. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active—whether it’s surfing, playing basketball, reading, spending time with loved ones, or exploring new places around the world. My goal is to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and provide a seamless, stress-free project experience for every client.

Always eager to learn new building techniques and explore innovative approaches, I focus on leading teams, streamlining operations, and delivering high-quality results on every project. Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities like camping and fishing. I like to challenge myself both physically and mentally, always seeking new experiences that push my limits and keep me learning.

At 15, my dad got me into rock wall building, and I’ve been passionate about construction ever since. Growing up in a family flooring business in El Paso, I was surrounded by the industry and developed a strong foundation in hands-on work. Since then, I enjoy finding creative, practical solutions that turn ideas into beautifully crafted spaces. Outside of work, I’m an animal lover, and enjoy biking and spending time outdoors.

I began my career in the construction industry in 2006 as a project manager for a large commercial firm, where I developed a strong foundation in managing complex builds. In 2009, I took the leap to start my own building company and have remained fully immersed in the industry ever since. When I’m not on the job, I prioritize time with my family, enjoy traveling whenever I can, and make the most of ski season on the slopes. My focus is always on delivering high-quality work and building lasting relationships with every client.

I'm a multifaceted individual who finds great fulfillment in both intellectual pursuits and the warmth of family. I'm an avid reader and lifelong learner, always seeking to broaden my understanding of the world around me. But at the end of the day, it's the time I spend with my loved ones that truly nourishes my soul and gives me a sense of purpose and belonging.

With over 8 years of hands-on construction experience and deep roots in carpentry, I bring passion, precision, and pride to every project. Building isn't just what I do—it's who I am. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, hiking, and spending time outdoors with friends. Whether I’m on a trail or at a job site, I’m always driven by creativity, connection, and quality craftsmanship.

Born in America, raised in Germany, I started as a carpenter overseas learning the trade from my uncles. I take pride in helping homeowners bring their renovation ideas to life. I’m here to guide the process and make it stress free. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, woodworking, and spending weekends with family or grilling with friends.

I graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Structural Engineering and have focused my career on high-end residential projects. I’m passionate about combining design and precision to bring each client’s vision to life, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned and executed.Outside of work, I love wakesurfing, rock climbing, and spending time at the lake. Staying active and connected to nature fuels my creativity and keeps me inspired in the work I do every day.

With a background in psychology and a passion for craftsmanship, I guide clients through every step of their remodeling journey — from first contact to final walkthrough. I focus on clear communication, smooth execution, and creating spaces that feel both beautiful and functional. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, learning, and staying active at all times.

Construction is my passion, with years of experience from building my own home & bringing client’s projects to life, I bring a blend of precision and creativity to every project. On my free time I like to explore and travel as much as possible. Enjoy attending Austin FC Games and trying new food!

As a Project Manager, I take pride in bringing each project to life with precision, creativity, and a deep sense of responsibility. I enjoy guiding clients through every step of the process—making sure their vision is understood, respected, and transformed into a reality. Outside of work, I value quality time with my loved ones, whether it’s a quiet evening together or discovering new places.

I entered the construction industry driven by a strong work ethic and a passion for building things that last. Over the years, I’ve gained experience across a wide range of projects, always striving to bring quality, efficiency, and attention to detail to every job. I take pride in ensuring each project runs smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and tackling new challenges, on and off the job site.

As a runner at LFM, I help keep projects moving smoothly by making sure materials, tools, and supplies get where they need to be-on time and ready for use. I enjoy being part of a hardworking team and contributing to quality results on every job site. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by running and unwinding with my guitar. Whether I’m helping on site or jamming out after hours, I’m always finding ways to stay focused and energized.
